This website, boisewaterdamageline.com, is owned and operated by Gunhee Lee under the business name BluePeak Media. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

This site has no forms or accounts, and we never ask you to type in personal information. We collect information in two ways:

• When you call a number on this site. Our call-routing partner records basic call details, such as your phone number, the date and time, and how long the call lasted. Calls may be recorded for quality and billing purposes.
• When you visit the site. Our web host keeps standard technical logs, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visited. This site also uses Google’s ad measurement tag, which may record things like whether you came from one of our Google ads and whether you tapped a call button.

How we use it

• To connect your call with a participating local provider
• To check call quality and confirm which calls qualify for payment
• To measure how well our ads work
• To keep the site secure and prevent fraud

Who we share it with

• The provider who takes your call. They receive your phone number and whatever you choose to share on the call.
• Our call-routing partner and its call-tracking service, which route your call and keep call records.
• Service providers that run this site and our ads, including our web host (Cloudflare) and Google.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

We don’t sell or rent lists of personal information. We are paid when a call is connected to a provider, and that provider receives your phone number so they can help you.

Cookies and ads

We use Google Ads conversion tracking, which may set cookies in your browser. Our web host may also use cookies to keep the site secure. How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, including billing and legal records. Call records are also kept by our call-routing partner and by the provider you spoke with, under their own policies.

Your choices

You can email us to ask what information we have about you or to ask us to delete it. We’ll respond as soon as we can, usually within 30 days. We may need to keep some records for billing or legal reasons. If your request involves records held by our partner or a provider, we’ll tell you how to contact them.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

If we change this policy, we’ll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
